At Newcore Global, we stand behind the quality of the products we supply. This warranty policy explains how warranty claims are handled for eligible products purchased from Newcore Global.
This policy applies to purchases made through Newcore Global. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund, replacement, or another remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If the problem is minor, Newcore Global may choose to provide a repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution where required by law.
Any warranty offered by Newcore Global or a product manufacturer is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product includes a specific warranty period, this will be stated on the product page, product packaging, or supplied warranty information where applicable.

What Is Not Covered
Unless required by law, warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product choice
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or improper handling
- Damage caused by incorrect storage or failure to follow product instructions
- Damage caused by unauthorised repair, modification, or alteration
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
- Issues caused by customs delays, delivery delays, or local import requirements
- Products returned without proof of purchase
Consumable Wellness Products
For consumable wellness products, including supplements, honey, propolis, ginseng, and similar products, warranty or quality claims will be assessed based on the nature of the issue.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened, used, partially consumed, or unsealed consumable products cannot be returned for change of mind.
If you believe a consumable product is faulty, damaged, contaminated, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, batch information, and a description of the issue.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact Newcore Global before returning any item.
Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- Your full name and contact details
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A description of the problem
- Batch number, expiry date, or serial number if applicable
Assessment Process
Once we receive your warranty claim, we will review the information provided and may request additional details, photos, videos, or product return for assessment.
Please do not dispose of the product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
If the product needs to be returned for assessment, we will provide instructions before you send it back.
Warranty Outcomes
If your claim is approved, Newcore Global may offer one or more of the following solutions depending on the product, issue, and applicable law:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
- Store credit
- Another suitable remedy
Return Shipping for Warranty Claims
For approved warranty claims, Newcore Global will advise whether return shipping support is available.
If a product is returned and no fault is found, or the issue is not covered by warranty or Australian Consumer Law, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, local charges, or import requirements related to returning an item unless required by law.
Manufacturer Warranty
Some products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Where applicable, Newcore Global may assist you with the warranty process or direct you to the manufacturer or authorised supplier for further assessment.
