At Newcore Global, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing your order.
This policy applies to purchases made through Newcore Global. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
We may accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the return request is approved by Newcore Global before the item is sent back.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, the item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact
- Returned with proof of purchase
- Approved by Newcore Global before being returned
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns for opened, used, damaged, partially consumed, or unsealed products.
Products That Cannot Be Returned for Change of Mind
Unless required by law, we do not accept change of mind returns for:
- Opened or used wellness products
- Opened supplements, honey, propolis, ginseng, or consumable products
- Products with broken seals or opened packaging
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, incorrect storage, or failure to follow product instructions
- Items returned without prior approval
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- Your full name and contact details
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the issue and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund, replacement, or another remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If the problem is minor, Newcore Global may choose to provide a repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution where required by law.
Please note that change of mind, incorrect product choice, personal preference, or damage caused by misuse may not entitle you to a refund under Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping Costs
For approved change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, international shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are not refundable for change of mind returns unless required by law.
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, Newcore Global will assess the issue and advise whether return shipping support is available.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs fees, import duties, taxes, local charges, or import requirements related to returning an item.
Please contact us before sending any international return. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Newcore Global is not responsible for delays, failed returns, customs issues, or additional charges caused by incomplete return information or local import requirements.
Refund Processing
Once your approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method where possible.
Please allow several business days for your bank, card provider, or payment platform to process the refund after it has been issued.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or returned to the sender.
