Newcore Global is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, or incomplete import requirements.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During busy periods, public holidays, or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination, courier service, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Australian metro areas usually arrive faster than regional or remote areas. International delivery times vary by country.

Will I receive tracking information?

If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Newcore Global is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

What should I do if my parcel is delayed?

If your parcel is delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with tracking or delivery enquiries.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are managed by the courier or postal provider.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

We may accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the return request is approved by Newcore Global before the item is sent back.

The item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.

Can opened wellness products be returned?

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened, used, damaged, partially consumed, or unsealed wellness products cannot be returned for change of mind.

This includes opened supplements, honey, propolis, ginseng, and other consumable wellness products unless required by law.

What if my item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue.

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the issue and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Are original shipping fees refundable?

For approved change of mind returns, original shipping fees, international shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Who pays for return shipping?

For approved change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, Newcore Global will assess the issue and advise whether return shipping support is available.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product, brand, supplier, and manufacturer.

Where a product includes a specific warranty period, this will be stated on the product page, product packaging, or supplied warranty information where applicable.

Any warranty offered by Newcore Global or a product manufacturer is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How do I make a warranty claim?

To make a warranty claim, please contact Newcore Global before returning any item.

Please include your order number, proof of purchase, clear photos or videos showing the issue, and a description of the problem.
